WHAT'S AN ORGASM
By Amber Madison
Q: WHAT'S AN ORGASM?
A: You see people pant and moan during steamy sex scenes in movies and think, So that's an orgasm? While it's true that an orgasm is the peak of sexual pleasure --when the muscles in and around your vagina contract for about 5 to 15 seconds--it's not always so over-the-top dramatic. The first time you have one, it can take you by surprise (and be much quieter than you think!). Some girls describe an orgasm as a giddy tingle, and others say they feel a rush all over their body. It's different for everyone! And you don't have to have sex to experience one--it can happen any other time you're turned on, too.
