GIFTS YOUR MAN WILL FREAKING LOVE

GIFTS YOUR MAN WILL FREAKING LOVE

 You're Crushing On Him

Since you're still testing the waters to see if your feelings are reciprocated, aim for something on par what you'd get your best guy friend, like a cool coffee-table book based on one of his interests. For example, if he likes to travel, buy him The Cities Book, or if he's a sports freak, try The Greatest Moments In Sports: Upsets and Underdogs. Tell him you spotted whatever book while out holiday shopping and it reminded you of him so you snagged it, proving you know what he's into without coming on too strong

You're Not Sure
Where It's Going
So you've cleared the friend zone, but it's hard to say how serious things are since you and the man-friend just started hanging out. Your best bet is to find a Groupon for a cool activity you can do together one day, like an hour of laser tag or a tour at a nearby brewery. Spring the voucher on him casually, explaining that you got it for something fun to do over the holidays, and now you have a reason to spend more time together as you feel things out.

You're Dating,
But Without a Title
This is a tricky spot. You see each other every weekend and are basically together, but you still haven't had The Talk...so you have no idea what he's got up his sleeve for you. Given that gray area, you'll play it safe by grabbing him one of the video games you know any guy would go rabid for, like the recently-released FIFA 13 or Halo 4. Either pick will run you about $60, and playing it with him will give off an I'm-chill-to hang-with-but-would-also-make-a-kickass-GF vibe.

You're Recently FB-Official

While it's awesome that you've defined your relationship, you don't want to freak your new BF out by getting him something super personal just yet. You need something awesome, but also useful and dude-friendly. The obvious solution: Beer. If he's an aficionado, sign him up for the Craft Beer Club, which means he'll get 12 different "Beer of the Month" picks delivered to his place every month for $38 per month. Or if you'd rather DIY, opt for a home beer-making kit instead so you can brew your own ales together

You Have a Standing TV Date
Having a show—"your show"—together is sweet, and a sign neither of you is going anywhere...for the rest of the season, at least. Show your guy how much you love your TV time together with a cool boxed set. We're kinda obsessed with this Mad Men one since it's full of sex, intrigue, and vintage awesomeness.

Acqua di Gio
Sensuous and sparkling; cooled by the Mediterranean, warmed by the sun. Transparent, aromatic, and woody in nature Aqua Di Gio Pour Homme is a contemporary expression of masculinity, in an aura of marine notes, fruits, herbs, and woods.
You Just Met His Parents
Getting the official intro means things are pretty serious between you two, so your gift should be fairly nice. Pretty much all dudes love to grill, so treat your guy by splurging on the most genius grilling accessory he doesn't even know exists: the Rib-O-Lator rotisserie. The attachable tray will let him cook four things on the grill at once, meaning he'll have the most tricked-out tailgating setup ever for the rest of football season.

He's Taking You
Home for the Holidays
Crashing at his parents' place this time of year is a BFD. This is your chance to really win over his family, so your gift should something he'll love that also shows how sweet and thoughtful you are. Our go-to? A nice watch he can wear to work or wherever. How much you want to drop on one is up to you, but we like this Flud pick, which comes in three styles, is less than $100 and proves you have damn good taste.

You've Been
Together Forever
Just because you already have a few holiday seasons under your belt doesn't mean you can slack off and buy him a sweater or whatever. A better idea: StubHub actually sells gift certificates that can be redeemed on any event users sell tickets for, so surprise him with one in the amount you choose. He can use it for two tix to see his favorite sports team play or to catch that music act he loves, which will give you both something to look forward to when the holidays are over. Plus, it's not a cop-out if you don't know exactly what he wants since the whole point is for him to pick the event.

You're Waiting for the Ring

At this point, things are super serious between you and your guy, and you're pretty sure he's The One. Remind him how special he is to you by splurging on something extra fancy but that he'd never ask you for, like a top-of-the-line shaving kit. Guys want to be pampered just as much as we do, so you'll show you're in tune with that need like any good future wifey. Plus, it's a gift he can use every day, reminding him how awesome slash generous you are on the regular.
You're Married
Now that you're sharing finances, he's probably cut down on the frivolous man purchases that might have tempted him in his bachelor days. This year, surprise him with something fun and gadget-y that he wouldn't otherwise buy himself, like a set of remote-controlled helicopters. Does he need a new toy to steer around the house? No, but both are awesome, and you'll have a blast playing with one or the other together. Plus, your splurge shows him you're willing to drop some dough on something somewhat unnecessary to make him happy―kinda like if he were to surprise you with that amazing leather bag you've been eyeing. Not that that is at all unnecessary. Ahem.(Cosmopolitan)
